Mind Companion Institute™ was founded to close the distance between knowing about ADHD and being able to assess, coach, and support with absolute clinical clarity.

Dr. Sidra Bukhari is a Specialist Psychiatrist, ADHD Specialist Prescriber, Medical Educator, and accredited ADHD Coach. She founded Mind Companion Institute™ after years of watching brilliant coaches and clinicians be let down by training that treated ADHD like a checklist.
Every programme reflects her rare convergence of NHS clinical practice, neuroscience, prescribing expertise, and lived experience as a parent of neurodivergent children — rigorous, immediately applicable, and built for the realities of daily practice.
"I built Mind Companion because I kept watching brilliant coaches and clinicians be let down by training that treated ADHD like a checklist. It isn't. And your clients deserve more than that."

We exist to raise the standard of ADHD education, neurodiversity training, and behavioural practice — equipping every clinician, coach, and educator with the depth of knowledge their clients deserve.
Trained and worked as a Specialist Psychiatrist across NHS trusts, developing specialist expertise in adult ADHD, complex presentations, and comorbid neurodevelopmental conditions.
