A 16-week, psychiatrist-designed certification programme for coaches working with ADHD clients, combining self-paced learning with five mandatory Live Cohort Sessions. 56 CPD hours — built on clinical neuroscience, Bloom's Taxonomy, and evidence-based coaching practice.

Select and justify the most appropriate ADHD coaching tool for a given client challenge from a reference toolkit of 9+ tools

Each phase has its own learning outcomes, CPD tools, and a formal milestone assessment. Structured across Bloom's Taxonomy L1–L6.
Once you enrol, sign in to your candidate portal to unlock every theory block, worksheet, practice script and reflection prompt — week by week. Track your progress, save your reflections, and pick up exactly where you left off.
The written programme is delivered through your candidate portal — work through each of the 16 weeks at your own pace, with all materials available immediately on enrolment. Alongside it you'll join one Live Cohort Group and attend its five mandatory live sessions.
Every candidate completes five mandatory live sessions with a single cohort group, alongside the 16 weeks of self-paced learning. Both must be finished before the Certification Quiz unlocks.
New Live Cohort Groups are published regularly. You'll be assigned to the next available group automatically after purchase, and your session dates will appear in your candidate portal as soon as you're placed.
Participants who complete all four milestone assessments and receive all five phase supervisor verifications will receive a formally issued CPD Certificate from Mind Companion Institute™, specifying 56 verified CPD hours.
